HOW-TO: Set Reverse DNS

Customers are able to set their own reverse DNS (PTR) records from

1. Login to
2. Select the VM you wish to set the entries for
3. Go to the Network tab
4. Under the Reverse DNS column, click on "non-set". Note that an actual A record must exist before our system will accept your request.
