How long does activation usually take? (top)
We are usually able to get you up and running within 8 hours, however we guarantee to have you up and running within 24 hours, to provide time in the event we have a larger than normal queue.

Do you offer a money back guarantee? (top)
Yes, we do.  We offer a 7 day money back guarantee in the event that you are not satisfied with our services.  You would just need to state that you are canceling under our money back guarantee when submitting your cancellation request.

What is your average response time for support tickets? (top)
Our average response time for technical support tickets is 30 minutes.  We try to resolve each ticket within 8 hours.  Non-technical support related ticket (such as to the billing, sales or abuse department) are subject to business hours.

What payment methods do you accept? (top)
We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, as well as PayPal, which via PayPal you have options of more credit cards or you can also use your bank account to pay your invoices with us.

Do you provide migration assistance? (top)
Yes, we do for managed customers.  Unmanaged customers will need to perform any migrations themselves.  Managed customers should open up a support ticket to get help with migrating.

Can I use your DNS servers? (top)
Yes, you can.  We have a limit of 10 domains however.  Anything after this will be $.50/mo per domain.

Where are your servers located at, and what is the test IP? (top)
All of our servers are located in Kansas City, MO.  You can use IP address 208.89.210.1 as a test IP.

How hard is it to upgrade my account to a higher VPS? (top)
Easy as pie.  No downtime will be encountered, you would just need to open a ticket with the sales or billing department to upgrade your account.  You can also downgrade your account.

Is adult content or IRC allowed on your network? (top)
We do allow adult content, however under no circumstances will IRC be permitted on our network.

What is your uptime guarantee? (top)
Our uptime guarantee is 99.9% uptime.
